How Knockout Services got started
Justin Oberholtzer started the business years before he and Carrie ever met. Construction had been his trade his whole working life: framing, finishing, remodeling, and repairing whatever needed work. The business existed on paper, but he never quite committed to running it as more than a side effort.
That changed in 2024. Carrie and Justin decided together that the company deserved real attention. Carrie stepped in as owner and took over the operations side. Justin focused on the work, the part he had always loved doing. The two-person partnership covers bases that a lot of one-person shops miss.

Not at this time. We focus on residential homes, Airbnb properties, rental homes, and apartment complexes. Commercial work brings different requirements, contracts, and timelines that we aren’t set up to handle yet. As the company grows in 2026 and beyond, commercial work may join the service list. Yes, quotes for residential remodel and repair work are free. We come out and walk the project with you, then put a number on paper based on real scope.
